oh my zsh

On upgrading to macOS Catalina, I found default SHELL had been switched to zsh.
Pretty it with oh-my-zsh:
sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.github.com/robbyrussell/oh-my-zsh/master/tools/install.sh)"
Configure random theme:
